Opening ceremony of our foundry

“I still think I'm dreaming. The foundry actually has my back.” - With these words, our CEO Uwe Brinkschulte opened the inauguration ceremony of our new iron foundry last Friday - a milestone in the history of HYDROTEC.

More than 260 guests attended: colleagues with their families, business partners, neighbors as well as Mayor Jens Kuraschinski and District Administrator Dr. Christian Pundt. Together we celebrated an all-round successful afternoon with delicious food trucks, children's activities, music and refreshing drinks in perfect weather.

The idea for our own foundry was born four years ago. Today, we can proudly look back on an ultra-modern new building that not only opens up new markets, but also creates additional jobs. With around 13,000 m² of additional production and storage space, our new foundry is one of the most modern in Europe. We are convinced and believe in Germany as an industrial location.
